Join us to explore how these elements collectively influence employment trends in Latvia.Speaker Eva Lapsiņa Eva Lapsiņa has been working at the State Employment Agency for 10 years, holding positions in various areas of the agency's activities - she has led the Labour Market Forecasting System improvement project, has been the deputy head of the Employer Support Division and since 2021 has been Director of the Development and Analytics Department. From 2022 she is also the Adviser for European Public Employment Services Affairs (AFEPA) and Alternate Member of European Public Employment Services Network. In her current role, Eva manages a diverse set of responsibilities, including institutional development, planning documents, public relations, international relations, statistics and analytics, short-term forecasting for the labour market, as well as overseeing customer service operations including the call centre.
